3 PAC Centre4Development Founder Director: Mrs. Lavanya Rajesh Kumar is an registered Psychologist who has been into assessment, counseling, training and consulting for the past decade. She holds a M.Phil in Psychology and a post graduate qualification in Management in addition to several qualifications in people development interventions. She has been a visiting faculty for International Universities like Northwood University USA and Charles Stuart University, Australia at their offshore Campus in Mumbai. She has also been associated with HR consulting firms and Non Governmental Organizations as trainer, consultant, project manager and research analyst. She is the founder and chief facilitator of PAC Centre4Development, an institution dedicated to bring about personal growth through self-awareness and self-initiated change. Counseling, assessment, human resource consulting, exclusive developmental programs for organizations and individuals and behavior change workshops are some of the core activities she engages in. Lavanya has undergone training in multiple areas which include Competency Based Selection and Assessment Techniques, counseling techniques (hypnotherapy, dance and art therapy, transactional analysis, NLP, EMDR, etc) and self-development workshops. She has presented her research in conferences of national repute and has received accolades for the same. She is a member of professional organizations including The Indian Association of Clinical Psychologists and Rehabilitation Council of India and has been a member of the British Psychological Society.

4 PAC Centre4Development Chief Consultant: Rajesh Kumar Ganesan is a seasoned Human Resource professional with two decades of experience during which he has donned the roles of HR specialist, generalist, trainer, teacher and consultant (ERP and HR). He holds a Law degree from the University of Mumbai and a MBA from the reputed NMIMS (Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies), Mumbai. He has experienced the complexities of working in different kinds of organizations, including large, new and growing enterprises like Standard Chartered Software Solutions, TATA Consultancy Services, L&T information technology, TATA Shares. As a HR professional, he been instrumental in initializing and building world-class HR practices, influencing leadership teams, contributing towards employee welfare and organizational development. His long term innings with Software Companies has made him adept in tailoring HR practices to meet the special needs and challenges of this industry. His passion for the education sector motivated him to spearhead the corporate academic interface programs, thus enabling him to make meaningful contributions to both the education and corporate sectors. He is also associated with reputed B Schools as visiting Faculty for Management subjects.

14 PAC Centre4Development Parenting workshops  Parents are taken through a self awareness exercise which helps them to identify their pattern of behavior  Individual Parenting Styles are determined  Alternative parenting strategies, problem solving behaviors and techniques are examined.  Sessions are facilitative in nature, customized to meet every participant’s needs.  Therapeutic/Bonding sessions are also conducted for families.

15 PAC Centre4Development Creative Personality Enhancement Program (CPEP) The Creative Personality Enhancement Program is a first of its kind personality enhancement program for all age-groups, addressing issues of all genres of participants. It’s a combination of different tools like behavior modification techniques, theatre, art, experimental exercises, creative dance movement therapy among others, to enhance the overall personality of the individual and developing her/his latent abilities. Self-awareness is the foundation upon which the desired change is based. Unconditional acceptance of the self is the foundation upon which the participant is facilitated towards bringing self-initiated change.

22 PAC Centre4Development Theme Based Outbound Interventions The idea is to make the intervention a result-oriented, enriching and memorable one for the participants. The camps will be held in scenic natural surroundings and will include a multitude of theme based activities designed to produce the desired result oriented changes.
