Create an awareness of connection between poor posture and the development of pain for the office worker Identify solutions for preventing poor posture Introduce simple stretches to help alleviate and prevent pain

Poor posture includes: Shoulders hunched forward Slouched back Tense shoulders Can lead to the development of migraine headaches, tension headaches & back pain

Try to be aware of your posture… Shoulders down, and back Sit up straight, lengthen your spine Ensure good back support (supportive chair/cushion) Take short stretch breaks

Be mindful of your posture Take 5 -10 minutes each day at work to stretch Keep well-hydrated; water helps to flush out toxins.
