How,many grams of fat, salt and sugar is in a serving of the product? Is this red, amber or green? If your child ate the lunch you have chosen how much fat, salt and sugar would they consume? 3g sugar = 1 cube 4g fat = 1 pat 1g salt = 1 sachet What would you suggest you could provide as a healthier packed lunch option?
