12 Library Privileges for Staff Dependants Apply for Staff Dependant Card at HRO Library privileges granted automatically Borrow 15 items (Book: 30 days / Media: 14 days) Staff responsible for any overdue, damage or loss of items Parents should look after children <12 yr inside the library 12

14  All loaned items with a loan period of 14 days or more are subject to hold requests (original loan period will not be shortened) placed on them by another user.  Email will be sent to you notifying the revised due date  HKALL items may be recalled by users of owning Library  Late return of recalled or held items will be treated as overdue and liable to a fine RECALL 14

15 RENEW 15  Materials with loan period  14 days may be renewed three times  The new due date is calculated from the date of renewal  You cannot renew a checked-out item if : A hold or a recall has been placed The item is overdue Maximum no. of renewals has been reached
