www.themegallery.com 3. LEGAL PROVISION FOR WOMEN INHERITANCE 1. Western Inheritance Legal Systems (KUH Perdata) Have equal parts among sons and daughters. Accordance with the provisions of Article 852 Paragraph (1) of KUH Perdata. 3. Islamic Inheritance In principle parts of the sons more than daughters Accordance with the provisions of Article 176 of Islamic Law Compilation 2. Inheritance Customs Each region has a different way of habits to determine the amount of each heir. Based on habit in the field of inheritance that occur in the com:munity Exa: In West Sumatera Province, section for inheritance of daughters more than sons. While, In North Sumatera Province, section for inheritance of sons more than daughters.

PARTICIPATION OF WOMEN IN COOPERATIVES c.Woman become the backbone of a family when their husband got a termination of working (PHK); d.In 2000 about 40,79% and In 2010 it’s increase become 60-80% of the total of Cooperators and SMEs (about 52,76 million). b.Be evidenced by increasing the number of woman as a significant entrepreneur who get the profit average more than 30%. a.Indonesian woman bring solution for the home economy crisis. Have a good market especially for food production, florist, handwoven, handycraft, batik, cake production and catering. There are no specific rules for the women who participating in agriculture cooperative. Women in Agriculture
