3. Name Tent Warm-up Using a blank sheet of paper create a name tent. On one side of tent write name and decorate. On the next side write down a collage of your favorite activities – physical, social and mental activities. On final side write down as many words as you can think of that you associate with health.

5. Class Introductions 1. Find 5 different people. 2. Introduce yourself (shake hands) 3. Tell them your name, your favorite hobbies, sports team (or other activity) and something interesting about yourself.

6. Birthday Order Get in order by birthday. January-December NO TALKING

7. “Count off” The numbers must be said in consecutive order by all different people of the group. The group cannot discuss strategy or point at people to indicate who goes next. While the numbers must be said in consecutive order, the group cannot say them in an organized pattern such as going around in a circle. If two people say the same number at the same time, the group starts over.

8. Questions List Get in groups of 6. Make a circle out of your desk. Each person has to take two turns. Roll the dice and whatever number you get that is the question you have to answer for your group.
