9. Past Personal (saga)  Born to an unwed mother in West Virginia  Mother married and had 8 other children  Step father was mean and did not believe women should go to school  I was very smart in school and neighbors wanted to pay my way through college –Step dad refused the offer

10. Past Personal (saga)  Quit high school in 11 th grade, got married and had 2 children  Divorced and worked 2 jobs to support family  At 35, Went on welfare to get funded for college –Graduated in 1981 with Electronics degree

11. Past Personal (saga)  Relocated to Virginia from Ohio and left behind an abusive relationship (best thing I ever did)  Met a man who was my equal and married him.  Graduated from UOP in San Jose, CA 1994
