7. 7 CP UPDATE A process has been established for using Comprehensive Planning under the Revised Ch. 4 Planning RequirementsRevised Ch. 4 Planning Requirements System Guiding Questions have been revised to align with System Guiding Questions SAS components, Framework for Teaching, Framework for Leading, and Turnaround Principles Additional offline planning tools that support Root Cause Analysis have been developed for the enhancement of the Guided Planning Structure within the CP web app Special Ed Training for Phase 3 Districts is currently being conducted across the state

8. 8 CP UPDATE Additional New Developments Include: Special Ed Revision Notice (SEPRN) functionality Data import process to bring in SPP designations instead of AYP Printing information from the archives Charter school ability to submit improvement plans via web application EdNA import process Title 1 Schoolwide program planning addendum added to school level plan Changes are not expected to take effect for a few months and should not impact the Phase 2 and 3 planning processes.
