ASSESSMENT LEAVING CERTIFICATE Written examination - 80% of marks Report on geographical investigation - 20% of marks Written examination: CORE UNITS & ELECTIVE UNITS: Short questions Multi part questions OPTIONAL UNIT: Long discussion essay – type answer
