1 Lessons From Naaman “27: And many lepers were in Israel in the time of Eliseus the prophet; and none of them was cleansed, saving Naaman the Syrian” (Luke 4).

2 Lessons From Naaman The account of the healing of Naaman the leper is recorded in 2 Kings 5.  He was a great man, but a leper (v. 1).  A “little maid” was an instrument (v. 2ff.).  Naaman was “wroth” and refused (v. 11).  Naaman wanted to tell Elisha how (v. 11).  Naaman listened to his servants (v. 13).

3 Lessons From Naaman Leprosy was one of the dread diseases:  Loathsome (cp. Lev. 13: 1, 2).  Contagious.  Deceptive.  Not inherited.  Tendency to be progressive.  Only cured by God (2 Kings 5: 7).
