As you come to him, a living stone rejected by men but in the sight of God chosen and precious, you yourselves like living stones are being built up as a spiritual house, to be a holy priesthood, to offer spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ and move into Spiritual maturity.

But our Maturity and revelation is at different levels. Maintaining change is virtually impossible when your environment isn't set up to accommodate change. 4. Spiritual Bondage 5.Pride :You are at a place where you are sure you know it all 6:You are not willing to sacrifice idols and worldly ways.

6. Understanding Growth For starters, growing spiritually is not becoming righteous. You were made righteous by your faith in Jesus Christ by receiving salvation. (Romans3:22) Spiritual growth is growing closer to God and becoming mature in your understanding about yourself and God. (Hebrews 6) When it comes down to spiritual growth, we must make choices that reflect choosing growth or choosing religion. If we choose the comfortable place of religion the pain, the idols, the bitterness, and the bondage just build on top of each other as we go through life hardening our hearts.

Your attitude will steer your growth Hebrews 5:11-14 Amplified Bible 11 Concerning this we have much to say which is hard to explain, since you have become dull in your [spiritual] hearing and sluggish [even [c] slothful in achieving spiritual insight].c 12 For even though by this time you ought to be teaching others, you actually need someone to teach you over again the very first principles of God’s Word. You have come to need milk, not solid food. 13 For everyone who continues to feed on milk is obviously inexperienced and unskilled in the doctrine of righteousness (of conformity to the divine will in purpose, thought, and action), for he is a mere infant [not able to talk yet]! 14 But solid food is for full-grown men, for those whose senses and mental faculties are trained by practice to discriminate and distinguish between what is morally good and noble and what is evil and contrary either to divine or human law.

What is the “MILK” The Basics of what we believe is that we need to accept Yahshua as the sacrifice for our sins and that He is the only way to the Father and Heaven John 14:6 We need to get Baptized in water Acts 2:38Acts 2:38 And that we need to get filled with the Holy spirit (baptized with the Ruach Ha Kodesh) Acts 2:38Acts 2:38 If there is any doubt about this: you can not move on....

9. Growing to more solid spiritual food Recognizing that we need to get revelation in scripture to get a better understanding of who God is. Hosea 4:6 (KJV) 6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children. Identifying enemy strongholds in our lives And by being honest with ourselves to DEAL WITH THEM!

10. MEAT Christian maturity requires a radical reordering of one’s priorities, Changing over from pleasing self to pleasing God Learning to obey God “Regardless of oneself” The key to maturity is consistency, “this is to find your Identity in Yahshua” To know who you are in Spirit Perseverance in doing those things we know will bring us closer to God. These practices are referred to as the spiritual disciplines Becoming a Disciple requires detailed attention to the Word
