Time ManagementOrganization Definition: The analysis of how working hours are spent and the prioritization of tasks in order to maximize personal efficiency in the workplace Definition: The ability to use your time, energy, resources, etc. in an effective way so that you achieve the things you want to achieve.

4 When should you use it? School Classes Homework Office Hours Job Application Follow-up Interview Work Important Events Meetings Organizational Events/Activities Time Management and Organization can be beneficial in almost any circumstance that requires a commitment. To the left are a few examples of situations in which one should be considerate of time and put in some effort towards organization.

5 You should definitely use Time Management and Organization when you find yourself juggling more than one commitment! Why? To avoid stress and becoming overwhelmed!

6 Why is it important? Time Management and Organization are important and beneficial because: Responsibility Less things to remember Shows willingness to put in effort Accountability Skills (i.e. time-efficient and organized) on resume Balanced person
