3 Food  Romanian food is influenced by people invading the country and the countries beside it.  Desserts : Baklava is a rich, sweet pastry featured in many cuisines of the former Ottoman, Arab, and Iranian countries. It is a pastry made of layers of phyllo dough filled with chopped nuts and sweetened with syrup or honey.

4 Tennis o Tennis o Romanian tennis players Iike Nastase were the first Romanian tennis players to receive international attention. o Right after their success representing Romania in the Davis Cup, tennis became also very popular in our country.

5 Soccer  Soccer  Soccer is so popular, that it constantly creates national heroes. One of the most well-known is Gheorghe Hagi.The Romanian soccer team became famous after the 1994 World Cup it reached the quarter finals.  The club teams also showed good international performance, peaking in 1986 when Steaua Bucharest won the European Champions Cup.

6 clothing clothing: The structure of Romanian traditional clothing has remained unchanged throughout history and can be traced back to the earliest times.. The cut of this basic chemise is similar for men and women. In the past those worn by women usually reached to the ankles while men's shirts were shorter and worn over trousers or leggings made from strips of fabric.

7 house  The Romanian Orthodox Church  In the late 1980s, the Romanian Orthodox Church, by far the largest denomination, claimed some 16 million members 70% of the total population.  The most important positions in the Orthodox hierarchy were filled by party nominees, and the church remained patently submissive to the regime, even in the face of repeated attacks on the most basic religious values and continued violations of church rights.

8 Landforms  In Romania there are mountains, plains, rivers, valleys, hills, islands, lakes, forests, canyons, gorges, caves, and seas. There are many mountains in Romania but the ones I am going to talk about are the Macin mountain ranges.  These mountains are located in Tulcea County, Dobrogea, Romania. They are located between the Danube River.  Landforms in Romania vary, from mountains to seas, hills to valleys, this country is diverse in many ways.

9 climate  The Atlantic air masses, restricting their oceanic influence to the west and center of the country, where they make for milder winters and heavier rainfall.  Some of the mountains also block the vast plain to the north in the Soviet Union, which bring frozen winters and less rain to the south and southeast.
