4. ₮You should have a limited number of certificates … things like WHMIS, First Aid, WEVAS, etc. should be endorsements within a certificate(s), i.e. a certificate for Health and Safety or Certificates that has endorsements for the information ₮Reporting is cleaner, everything is in one easy place to check what a person has/does not have ₮Grouping of endorsements is recommended, i.e. REQTD1, REQCAR, HSFAID, HSWHMIS

5. ₮For completed things like First Aid ₮Endorsements can be set to expire if it something that has to be renewed or retaken every X years ₮Can be integrated to workshops – you can build/update endorsements based on attendance in a workshop
