4 Materials – gold shaded titanium rising
% of each is converging. Straumann 3.3 Zr leveled Zr numbers. We have a lot of clinicians who are using zirconia and love it. It’s not for everyone and for those that are not completely comfortable with the thought of zirconia, gold shaded titanium is an outstanding esthetic option. Dr Arnie Rosen tells me, it is all he will use in his practice. Speaking of Dr Rosen he will be presenting on gold shaded titanium at the ATLANTIS table in the inspiration center if you have any questions or want to learn more please stop by.

Talk about the Right Solutions, Right Team, Right NOW. Custom abutments with a temporary at time of surgery. And it works!!

7 Intraoral scanning for ATLANTIS™ Abutments
Increased connectivity Increased connectivity for ATLANTIS Abutments by adding the intraoral scanning option Starting with iTero Our commitment to Digital Open Solutions in Intraoral scanning will start with iTero. They have been a great partner in the project and have a commitment to supporting their customers much like we do.

9 ATLANTIS™ IO FLO Indications Intended use
For all positions in the mouth Clinical invasive Intended use The ATLANTIS IO FLO (body and screw) should be used by clinicians during digital impression taking on implant level. The ATLANTIS IO FLO should be used to transfer implant position(s) in the patient’s mouth to a digital model. FOR INTERNAL USE ONLY

10 Intraoral scanning for ATLANTIS™ Abutments
Increased connectivity Target groups Dental clinics with access to iTero intraoral scanner Existing ATLANTIS Abutments customers Potential ATLANTIS Abutments customers Dental laboratories working together with Dental clinics with iTero access

11 Intraoral scanning for ATLANTIS™ Abutments with iTero
Schedule Beta II start in NA Feb 2014 Announcement – Chicago Midwinter Meeting and AO Seattle April 2014 NA Pre-launch Goal is to activate 10 clinical customers per month from Pre-Launch (April) until Global Launch - EAO 2014 Global Launch – EAO 2014

12 ATLANTIS™ Conus abutments

13 ATLANTIS Conus abutment – overdenture
What is ATLANTIS™ Conus abutment? ATLANTIS™ Conus Abutment is a uniquely designed conical shaped abutment that incorporates a friction fit implant born prosthesis while being removable like an overdenture. This innovative conical telescopic coping technique allows optimal access for oral hygiene while providing the patient a cost effective treatment option.

14 ATLANTIS Conus abutment – overdenture
Features Simplified restorative procedure No adaptation of stock components Freedom of implant connections, products and material

15 ATLANTIS Conus abutment – overdenture
Benefits Time saving - increased profitability Reduce chair time For the major implant systems, a wide flexibility in therapy and design options Implant born prosthesis not tissue born

16 ATLANTIS™ Conus abutments for attachment-retained restorations
New ATLANTIS solution ATLANTIS™ Conus abutments for attachment-retained restorations ATLANTIS™ Conus Abutment -overdenture For removable overdentures designed to fit ANKYLOS SynCone caps ATLANTIS™ Conus Abutment -custom For removable bridges/ overdentures with more individual design options

17 Standardized conus solution with ANKYLOS tapered cap for SynCone
ATLANTIS Conus Abutment - overdenture core is designed to match ANKYLOS SynCone 4º caps Caps and polymerization sleeves will not be orderable via ATLANTIS WebOrder. Customer orders caps/sleeves from local DENTSPLY Implants Representative SynCone 4º caps –Ref # Polymerization sleeve – Ref # Refer to ”The SynCone concept,” ID USX Scientific highlight available: ANKYLOS SynCone – long term clinical follow-up, ID USX

18 ATLANTIS Conus Abutment - overdenture
Parallel, one-size abutments for removable prostheses (recommended for full arch overdenture restorations) Milled to fit SynCone 4°caps (ordered separately) Copings can also be produced manually by the customer The position of the abutments will be in relation to the space needed for the final restoration and a diagnostic tooth set-up is always required Abutments will be placed with margin levels as close to soft tissue level as possible

19 Design options Capture of ANKYLOS SynCone Cap
Immediate restoration (intra oral) chair side - pick up of copings to an existing denture. Indirect (laboratory process) with or without a framework. Fabricated by the laboratory in an existing or new denture. - Without framework - for temporary solutions

28 Removable Restorations Fixed Restorations
Restoration produced With Denture Materials (Acryllic and Denture Teeth) Restoration produced with Crown & Bridge Materials

29 Engineering: Load tests
These images represent the FEA on two different profiles prior to load testing. Load testing is conducted in order to produce “worst case scenarios.” Understanding these limitations help us provide you with the most-reliable long-term solution.

30 Engineering: Load tests
“Static” and “dynamic” load testing is used to determine: Optimal geometry of bar profiles Maximum survivable length of extensions Occlusal forces = bite + chewing (forces) Max. bite force is 220N/single tooth Max. chewing force is 50N/single tooth In order to get 510(k) clearance from the FDA, extensive engineering and research was conducted to understand the limits of survivability in the components – including the maximum length of extensions and the ideal geometry for bar profiles to provide long-term survivability. Jig that holds the bar in place

32 ATLANTIS™ ISUS Options - implant/ abutment level
Implant* level – with or without internal connection Combination of abutment and implant* level Abutment level *Implant-level placement is not recommended on ASTRA TECH Implant System™ and contraindicated on ANKYLOS®. Available on abutment-level only in North America.

33 ATLANTIS™ ISUS Prosthetic Screws
One prosthetic screw is included per implant site Order up to one additional screw via ATLANTIS™ WebOrder For full compatibility information, view the ATLANTIS™ ISUS systems compatibility chart – Implants and abutments The ATLANTIS ISUS prosthetic screw is offered for all major implant systems. One screw per implant site is provided with the ATLANTIS ISUS order. Next to the Implant selection in ATLANTIS WebOrder, it is possible to order up to (1) additional prosthetic screw per implant site. The ATLANTIS ISUS implant suprastructures are always compatible with the implant/abutment screw from the respective manufacturer’s system. Additional screws can be ordered from the implant system manufacturer. As a service, all screws are listed with the manufacturers REF number in the “ATLANTIS ISUS Compatibility chart – Implants and abutments”
