9. The shape of Carmike Cinemas is skewed left, while the Imax theater is mound shaped. The average tickets sold a day for Carmike was 90, while the average tickets sold for Imax was 72. Carmike theaters had a very large range of 55, with most of the data being between 66 & 95.5. Imax had a smaller range of 30, and most of their data between 70.5 and 98.5. For Carmike, most data was fairly high, but the one day of 45 skewed the data. It seems like overall, Carmike is the better theater.
