1. SET-UP PROCEDURE Below is an outline for deploying new clients. We have an admin for each account. This admin delivers data to the app and allows the account owner to add, edit and update items. Here are the items we will supply: Graphics Account Data Here are the places that need attention: iPhone App & iTunes Android App & Google Play UseMyApp Here is the Admin log-in: http://usemyapp.com/usemyapp/ User: Drake Center Pass: 123456 You can use this account to test – it is not live.

2. WEB vs. NATIVE | … A QUESTION Right now the Home Page, News Page and Social Page are all loading from the web. Apple doesn’t like this and it creates inconveniences for our users. So, we are looking for a solution that would load the content on to the app as native content. We want to keep the web pages for the mobile web but, can we upload all elements to the app so they are native? So people can view them even when they do not have a connection? Do you have ideas on this? -- Also, to speed up the onboard process, we want to add all elements of the app to the admin. This way the account owner can add, edit and delete anything they like. Speeding up the boarding process will also be a big benefit to you because it will decrease new account set-up time.

3. THE PARTS The app has four parts right now. We will be adding more. HOME The Home Page is a webview of a mobile url. NEWS The News Page is content from the admin. POSTCARDS Postcard Templates are shown in a gallery allowing users to choose and edit them. The postcard templates are added through the admin SOCIAL The Social Page is a webview of a mobile url. ADDITIONAL We plan on adding a few new features in the near future. These will be additional tabs in the tab bar so we will need to have a “MORE” tab that opens additional tabs. 4. SPLASH PAGE The splash page is delivered to you as a png in the two sizes needed for iPhone. 640x960 and 640x1136 We’ve been using the 640x960 for Android.

5. NEWS PAGE The app opens to this page. The account owner, through the admin, can add and update coupons, content, etc. The logo is from the admin: http://usemyapp.com/usemyapp/gallery/home_page

6. HOME PAGE The Home Page is a webview of a mobile url. The home page shown here is: http://www.in-touchm.com/gardner/ http://www.in-touchm.com/gardner/ - It is usually the base url with the username (gardner) appended. ISSUES TO BE AWARE OF: Links on this page need to open in safari. Android had problems with Tap to Call but that has been resolved.

7. POSTCARD TEMPLATES | GALLERY This page shows the templates based displayed by their categories. The templates and categories are added through the admin. Users employ the finger swish motion to scroll from left to right and back again. Same with up and down. Tapping the >> will advance one template per tap. Tapping on a template selects it and loads it to the next screen. ISSUES TO BE AWARE OF: What can we do about the native vs. web content. Can we have users upload all templates to their phone?

8. POSTCARD TEMPLATES | SELECT When the user taps on a template to select it, it loads to this screen. From here, the user can tap the >> to go back or forward showing templates within the selected category. “Info” opens a page with instructions. We would like this to be editable through the Super Admin (more on this later). ISSUES TO BE AWARE OF: In the app, it does not show the top ad graphic that is shown here. 9. POSTCARD TEMPLATES | CHOOSE & ADD PHOTO When a user chooses a template, they can add their own photo. Once the user chooses a template, they can add a photo and then save or share the postcard. ISSUES TO BE AWARE OF: In the app, it does not show the top ad graphic that is shown here. That is the way it should be.

10. POSTCARD TEMPLATES | SELECT, EDIT & SHARE The user can resize and position their photo within the template using two fingers. Once the user chooses a template, they can add a photo and then save or share the postcard. ISSUES TO BE AWARE OF: In the app, it does not show the top ad graphic that is shown here. That is the way it should be.

11. DOWNLOAD BAR We need a PHP script that will show this Download Bar on the mobile web pages but not within the app. NEW SHARE SCREEN
