3 Dangers Acc0mpany Worrying Too Much Damage our Health – ulcers, headaches, backaches, blood pressure, heart attack, depression Disrupt Spiritual Productivity – leave the Lord & His Will out of our lives – little time for prayer, Bible study and assemblies of the church

4 Dangers Acc0mpany Worrying Too Much Philippians 4:6,7 God’s peace will diminish Affects the way we treat others – harsh toward family, friends & co- workers. Lash out to those we love the most

5 Worrying Doesn’t Accomplish much……

7 Replace Worry with Prayer Philippians 4:6,7 “in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.” God Wants Our Problems – 1 Peter 5:6,7 “casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.” We Must Leave it in His Hands

8 Live One Day at a Time Matthew 6:34 “do not worry about tomorrow” Too much time spent in worrying about the Past and the Future- “What if I get cancer?” What if I get fired?” What if my children grow up & leave the Lord?”
