5 History Incepted in 2002, Speak Wireless is a pioneer (Our team members are the first to setup a GPRS technical support center) in Customer Relationship Management, IVR and Support, for Bharti Airtel and Spice Telecom. Now after more than four years, we are the leading service provider for Airtel( in 7 circles), Hutch, TATA, and Reliance. Since February 2006 Speak Wireless has also ventured into the VAS Data Services (Content and Services on WAP and SMS) domain, by launching its flagship product “mGreetings” and continues to deliver more innovative services. The company operates from its head office in Mohali, India, with regional offices in New Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Bhubnesswar.

With just a team of 4 in 2002 to 400 in 2007 we have made Speak one of the leading wireless data and VAS consultant. With our ready to deploy ECRM solution and with our seasoned professionals we have now setup centers in 5 states.

Our provisioned voice portal becomes nexus for their customer communications.  We use the best hardware and software for IVR services.  Our IVR applications are developed on INTEL Dialogic Cards which are the best Voice boards in the industry.  We use IBM servers with duel processors with Redundant Power Supply for IVR applications.  We use all the genuine Microsoft OS operating system.  We use the genuine Symantec antivirus

Various call centers are using our PD for Telesales, Collection, Telemarketing campaigns. We support mobile operators in marketing, sales and technical support for there various data services, enabling their customers to use the value added services of the operator in an easy and efficient way. In the process we enhance the Mobile VAS usage and increasing the ARPU level Presently we are providing the VAS call center services to:  Bharti.  Hutch  Reliance.  TATA.

14 WAP Portals. With the launch of mGreetings we entered into the mobile content services. Now we have independent WAP portals. Speak WAP services are hosted at Airtel Live Portal and Planet Hutch.  mGreetings.  Chatrooms.  Jaljeera.  Ringmytring.  Name cards.  Mobile parlour.  City guide.

Hence we have a very low iteration rate as compared to any other center.  With our customized Learning and Training solutions, we consistently deliver a high output - - a well trained agent saves initial interaction time with customer, enables faster deployment of services and generated revenue by up selling right content to the right customer.  Our in-house technology team not only support in knowledge sharing but also in creating and delivering new and innovative services on WAP and SMS.  Hand on experience: We practically involve our team to experience live services and technology giving them better understanding of services and problem solving.

21 Achievements/ Activities  First to setup a GPRS technical support center  Speak Wireless caters various VAS services and voice portal to different circles of Bharti and Hutch.  Speak is proud to be the appointed as the Support vendor to Airtel’s Punjab, Delhi, Haryana, J&K, MP, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka circles.  Established a fully equipped In house call center at Delhi, Punjab, Orissa to promote and amplify vigilance of Airtel live portal and DATA Services.  Chosen as the preferred partner by Airtel Delhi to run services on SMS and WAP for IIT-D. Services included Live Chatting via SMS projected to the audience, Live Voting for various events and a WAP portal for the event.  Speak holds the strongest referrals for good performance

22 Some of our highlight in the recent past IIT SMS & WAP: We were preferred by Airtel Delhi to create, maintain and deploy some new innovative services for IIT Delhi – Rendezvous. Fortis Health World: In the process of creating one of its kind Wellness service on mobile for India’s leading Wellness Hospitals – Fortis Citibank – Introduced new ways for Banks to reach there customers in a more efficient and targeted manner. WAP Content Service: In the process of creating new services for WAP we have set a new high for content download on Airtel Live with one of our service reaching an all time high of 47000 download in a single day. mGreetings: an innovation in greetings on mobile with the ability to send greetings to friends on mobile and emails.
