17 Digital Inclusion Bridging the Divide Edmonds Community College Health Professions Opportunity Grant Business Access Unique partnership in addressing digital barriers to healthcare education programs for low-income adults in Snohomish County, Washington

18 Bridging the Divide 5 year Demonstration Grant established by the Affordable Care Act of 2010 CATCH is one of 32 HPOG programs nationwide “…to conduct demonstration projects that provide TANF and other low-income individuals with the opportunity to obtain education and training for occupations in the healthcare field that pay well.”
