3  Chop the apple, mango, watermelon, pears and kiwi into small pieces. Oranges cut into wedges and then each part into two or three. The berries are cut in half by removing SEMIL if they have any.  Make a vinaigrette with olive oil base, half orange juice, a little honey, until a thick sauce.  Bring fruit to a bowl.
