2 Each one shall Bear His Own Load Gal. 6:5 "For every man shall bear his own burden." NKJV “For each one shall bear his own load.” Load = his duties before God Cannot be transferred to anyone

3 Lord has given us our own work: No one can obey for you: No one can do your duties: Phil. 2:12 “work out your own salvation” No one can answer for you at Judgment Rom. 14:12 “every one of us shall give account of himself to God.” 2 Cor. 5:10 “For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ;”

4 Gal. 6:2 “Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ.” Burden = load of difficulty, sorrow or pain No Contradiction Two different kinds of burdens Phil. 2:4 “Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others.”

6 How can we help people bear their burdens?  Living right kind of life Matt. 5:16 “Let your light so shine before men” 1 Tim.4:12 “be an example to the believers”  Believe in people  Encouragement - 1 Thes.4:14 comfort, support  Help relieve the burdens - Matt. 25:31-46

8 Cast Your Burden On The Lord Psalms 55:22 “Cast your burden on the LORD, And He shall sustain you; He shall never permit the righteous to be moved.” Some burdens are beyond reach of human aid “Cast your burden on the Lord” “He shall sustain you”

9 Burdens beyond our control Pray to God 2 Cor. 12:7-10 - Paul’s thorn in the flesh “My grace is sufficient for you”

10 Cast Your Burden On The Lord I Pet. 5:6-7 “Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time: 7. Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.” Romans 8:35. “Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?”
