Advanced Interactive Joint Venture with M.I.K to form Rural First Broadband Inc “To Connect & Protect” www.ruralfirstbroadband.com

International Presence Corporate Governance Over 55 Years in Business Over 600,000 sq/ft Warehouse Factories worldwide

Applications to Industry Canada were procured, equipment was purchased, programmed and mounted on a existing broadcast tower in a rural community called Whitecourt, Alberta. Proof of Concept using UHF We took our knowledge base from the cable plant and applied it to wireless. initially we were astonished to find that the footprint of coverage to be a 50km radius or ~8000 km.

Residential viability After proof of concept the organic migration of live customers on system was achieved. The first system took 4 years of residential installs and thousands of hours of tweaking and fine tuning to fully understand the abilities & Limitations of the 'White Space' Technology. This gave rise to the second system servicing Grande Prairie, Alberta and its surrounding areas. Term to describe the UHF Specturm. Financial cost of $15 Million Canadian Dollars.

Alberta Coverage Map UHF Coverage footprints along the Highway 43 Alaska Highway Each system has an approximate coverage of 50km radius or 8,000 square km. 50,000 Homes 3,200 Businesses Thousands of Well Heads 12 First Nation Settlements Coverage over

Types of Connectivity Fiber DSL Cable

Previous slide was types of connectivity, this slide needs to be enhanced on different wireless system types, capabilities, features and benefits of our wireless systems Wireless Spectrum Licensed- UHF 500Mhz-899Mhz Unlicensed- 900Mhz-2.4Ghz -Lower frequency allows for greater signal penetration through foliage. -Higher frequency are blocked and/or has difficulty penetrating through foliage. -Near Line of Sight allows signal to “Bend” around hills and valleys. -Line of Sight requires a non obstructed path between transmission and receive antennas for connectivity. -Competitors cannot cause interference on licensed allocated frequency. -Non licensed frequency transmission by many carriers cause interference resulting in non reliable service Custom Licensed Equipment is frequency specific which has a greater manufacturing cost. -”Off the shelf” equipment is inexpensive.

Prioritizing traffic and adding in Quality of Service (QOS) Priority Broadband
