9 Manufacture in 4 phases: 50 layer middle portion 50 layer middle portion + one header middle portion (minimum 75 layers) + two headers complete full-sized recuperator

10 Corresponding test: 1. Inspection of channels’ area (two options) a.using light source (equipment will be set up in the lab); b.using pin gauge 2. Microscopic inspection of channel surface(microscope is at hand) 3. Low temperature test (Nitrogen temperature) and large temperature gradient test of LTCC material (Nitrogen box is at hand) Phase 1 :

13 Corresponding test: Phase 2: uniformity of flow: input alkaline gas or acidic gas, stick the test paper on the recuperator, and observe the color difference of spots on the paper. Slight difference means the relatively uniform flow.
