Costa Rica is located in Central America Nicaragua, Panama, the Caribbean Sea, and Pacific Ocean border it Its capital is San Jose Location location LOCATION

$_$ Money Talks $_$ Costa Rica’s Gross National Product is around 20 billion, making them the 80th richest country. Their currency is called colones Exchange rate is supposedly 520 colones per U.S. dollar. I’M RICH

Many people in Costa Rica are Caucasian (90% to be more precise), while the remaining few are African and Asian. There’s a Crowd

WATCH YOUR LANGUAGE Costa Rica’s official language is Spanish.
The other language mainly spoken there is English.

Children usually start school at the age of six. Six years of primary school, three in secondary.

People in Costa Rica pretty much dress prepared for warm weather: mainly shorts and short-sleeved shirts. However, some men wear Goulashes (rain boots if you’d prefer) What are you wearing?

RELIGION The major Religion of Costa Rica is Catholicism.
There IS religious freedom When church bells ring, it’s either a wedding, Baptism, or Easter.

On Holy Week, people pray and practice good behavior, but since most of the country closes that day, people use it as an excuse to have leisure time. RELIGION CONTINUED

HAVE FUN FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!
Costa Rican activities range from wildlife observing, going to the beaches, fishing, hiking, water rafting, etc. If you’re a sports person, AND you like futbol (soccer), this is a place to consider visiting.

Oh, we’re done? Yes, we are. In general, Costa Rica seems like a pretty interesting place to visit one day!
