1. IPad Lab use  See your office Secretaries for Reserving the IPad Labs.  After use, do not allow the students to put the IPads away, the connectors are sensitive.

2. Free APPS Free apps may be downloaded using the password giving in the cart, if it is an app you would like to keep, Put it in the list on the cart. Those that are not on the list may be removed.

4. Organizing files and apps. Ipads do not have separate profiles for each user, so please create folders for your class if you are planning to save documents. Creating Folders: create 2 documents. Drag one on top of the other to create a folder, name folder as class name not student (you may create folders in that folder for students). Apps, drag one app on to the other and call name per subject. If that folder does not already exist.

5. Personal info Please do not use your personal accounts on the ipads. Installing music that you personally purchased, as on you desktop computers also cannot legally be on the Ipads. Please help us stay compliant.

6. Ipad Tips Main screen: While an app is open you may click the home button to get bact to the main screen. Zoom: touch the screen with 2 fingers and pull them apart. Capture screen: press the Home and then the Sleep/Wake button. Caps on: double tap on either shift key. Show running APPS: double click the home button.

7. Lock Web pages or Apps: use Guided Access to keep students on a certain page. Must be on in setting-general-Accessability- Guided Access, also set password (1111) should work for most. With the app open click 3 times on the home button,then draw the area you do not want the student to access such as the address bar and click start. Her is an example.
