2. My grandma Norma was born the 26th may 1936. Today is 74 years old and she is the my only grandma.

3. TOYS When my grandma was a child, she played with the dolls. She and her friends didn’t buy them because they didn’t have enough money. They did them. They used marrows and with a knife they drew the eyes, nose and the mouth. They used to dress them with the old clothes and usually she sewed them. But they didn’t made them only of marrows. They used old clothes to made them too. They sewed the parts, and in the end they had the doll.

5. CARNIVAL My grandma said me about the carnival in her years. When she was young, she was poor how everybody because in their time was the second world war. So, at Carnival they wore old clothes, usually the girls wore the dad's old and tear clothes. They recived a lot of eggs and sausages and in the end of the day they cooked and ate them. Carnival was a happy day for everybody, also is today.

7. GAMES In the village where my grandma lived, they played a lot of interesting games. This games were the best for them. They played: “ Vrata“ - Jumping into the square “ Štargeria“ - game with the stones “ Dade” - something like checkers “ Špah” - jump rope “ Kamenšje” - a game with the stones

9. ŠAGRE When she was young she went with her sisters and friends at this "šagre". This "šagre" were in different villages like: Padna, Karkavče, Koštabona, Šmarje, Korte... but they were each in different times. This "šagre" started early, at two o'clock. At this party they were dancing, the band was the people of the place: something like today's Avseniki.
