A warning. A lot of cloud vendors don’t like the next two subjects. The reason is that they create a service that uses a commodity cloud infrastructure – such as Amazon S3 or Microsoft Azure. Well, Amazon and Microsoft aren’t going to offer services to directly access your data over a high-speed link. So a lot of cloud vendors have to either ignore the issues we’re going to discuss or they have to build separate facilities for fast upload and download.

Customer can access the DR environment for 30-days per 12-month contract period
DR Testing: Customer can request DR testing as many times as needed, but must be scheduled and coordinated with Unitrends Support. DR Testing time is considered part of the 30-days per 12-months contract period
ReliableDR Option: Offered to provide automated DR testing, application-level recovery and SLA compliance reporting (Virtual only)
