2 Grzegorz Lato Born 8 April 1950, Lato is the all-time cap leader for the Polish National Football Team. at the 1974 Fifa World Cup he won the Golden Shoe after scoring best seven goals. Lato's playing career coincided with the golden era of Polish football, which began with Olympic gold in Munich in 1972 and ended a decade later with a third place finish at the 1982 World Cup in Spain. Lato retired from professional soccer in 1984 with 45 international goals, a record that stands to this day. In 2002 transferred to Liverpool of the English Premier League, where he won: the League Cup (2002–03), UEFA Champions League (2004–05), the European Super Cup (2005–06), the FA Cup (2005–06). 6 Robert Korzeniowski (born July 30, 1968) is a former Polish race walker. He won four gold medals at the Summer Olympics and has won three world championships.

7 Zbigniew Boniek soccer player (born 3 March 1956 - He played on Zawisza Bydgoszcz, Widzew Ł ód ź, Juventus and AS Roma. In 2004 Pelé got him on the FIFA 100 list.

8 Robert Kubica (born 7 December 1984 ), Robert is the first Polish Formula One driver. He made his racing debut in 2006 in hungary. He experienced his first podium finish at Monza, Italy at the 2006 Italian Grand Prix. he finished his race third and stood on the podium next to Michael Schumacher and Kimi Räikkönen. In the 2007 Formula One season he survived a horrific crash at the Canadian Grand Prix. Kubica came out of the crash with only a sprained ankle and minor concussion. Robert scored his very first victory in Formula 1 at 2008 Canadian Grand Prix (it was also the very first win for BMW Sauber team). He has brought Formula One to Poland, bringing along with him many new fans. He is currently racing for the BMW Sauber Formula One Team

9 OTYLIA JĘDRZEJCZAK Polish swimmer. The Olympic champion from Athens 2004 in the 200 metre butterfly. She finished 4th in this event in the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing. 10 AGNIESZKA RADWAŃSKA Agnieszka Radwańska, born 6 March 1989 in Kraków, is a WTA Tour top 10 Polish tennis player.

11 IWONA GUZOWSKA Iwona Kamila Guzowska 7th February 1974 – kickboxing and box world champion. She has won the World Cup in kickboxing and box four times.

12 MONIKA PYREK Polish pole vaulter. Competing at the 2004 Olympics, she placed fourth with 4.55 metres, She won a silver medal in the 2005 World Championships with the result 4.60 m. She also won the silver medal at the 2006 European Athletics Championships.

13 KAMILA SKOLIMOWSKA (4 November 1982 – 18 February 2009) was a Polish hammer thrower. She won the Olympic gold medal in Sydney 2000, which made her the youngest Olympic hammer champion. Her personal best throw - 76.83 metres. She died on 18 February 2009 in Vila Real de Santo Antonio, Portugal, during a Polish national team training camp.
