7 SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENT PLAN
The current unit price of a plot of 648sqm in the Estate is N1,500,000 (One Million, Five Hundred Thousand Naira Only). However, there are 2 options of payment: - Full outright payment - which guaranties a  5% discount on every plots and 10% discount on every bulk purchases above 6 plots. - Installment payment - initial down payment of 30% i.e N450,000 is required while the balance of 70% is spreadable within the frame of 6 Calendar months. For organisations and cooperative arrangement the scheme provides a 12.5% discount on all purchase between 50 plots and above with a 30% down payment and the balance spread over six months.
