Mr. Shounak Deshmukh Bcom, LLB, MBA Founder – Talent HR Networks Shounak Deshmukh, a graduate in commerce and a post-graduate MBA (university gold medallist) followed by a law degree, has had a strong academic foundation prior to starting off his corporate stint. Mr. Gordon Cresswell BA (Hons), DMA FIPPM Council Member & Vice Chairman of NAIP Founder & Director of CIPP Gordon's payroll career started at the age of 20 at a large Metropolitan Borough Council where he became Payroll and Pensions Manager and later an Assistant Director of Finance. He was tasked with setting up that organisation's first Customer and Public Relations Unit with a brief to steer the Council closer to members of the public whilst also handling media issues. During this time he was a founder of the UK's first payroll body, The Association of Payroll & Pensions Administrators (APSA), a public sector body, which later merged with the British Payroll Managers Association, where he was co-founder, and was to become the Institute of Payroll Professionals. He later became the IPP Chairman and is currently a Non-Executive Director.

Mr. Gordon Cresswell BA (Hons), DMA FIPPM Council Member & Vice Chairman of NAIP Founder & Director of CIPP Gordon played a vital role in designing and establishing a raft of UK payroll qualifications and has been presented with recognition awards in the UK, Canada and USA. Gordon, with a colleague, established the South Africa Payroll Association (SAPA) and their payroll qualifications in South Africa and has spoken at conferences in UK, USA, Canada, South Africa and the Republic of Ireland. He has recently contributed to the UK steering committee for revamping the UK's National Payroll Standards. He is a Co-founder,philosopher, guide and a strategic backbone to NAIP
