He also served as Economic Advisor to the International Monetary Fund (IMF), as well as in Ethiopia and recently in Afghanistan. Dr. Narendra Jadhav has contributed 14 books and more than 100 research papers in national and international journals

He is Visiting Professor at Open International University for Alternative Medicine at Sri Lanka. He is Honorary Surgeon to the Governor of the State of Maharashtra. Dr Vyas had brilliant academic career having won gold medals and scholarships. He was Hon. Surgeon and Hon. Prof. of Surgery at Sir J J Group of Hospitals and Grant Medical College, Mumbai. He has been President of Association of Medical Consultants, Santacruz Medical Association, on Secretary of Indian Medical Association, BWB.

He is pioneer of Continuing Medical Education Programme in India and has trained more than 3000 doctors. Dr Vyas was Consultant to Ministry of Health Govt. of Sultanate of Oman and was Chairman of the Medical Commission there. Dr Vyas was National President of Indian Junior Chamber, largest non political movement of youth for leadership in the World

15 Mr. Shounak Deshmukh Bcom, LLB, MBA Founder – Talent HR Networks Shounak Deshmukh, a graduate in commerce and a post-graduate MBA (university gold medallist) followed by a law degree, has had a strong academic foundation prior to starting off his corporate stint. He has played varied roles managing the entire gamut of HR functions with some of the biggest and well-know industry leaders. He started off with a solid grounding in corporate values with the Tatas (Tata Motors), followed with a stint with J&J where he picked up the nuts and bolts of managing the grass root workers. Then began a long and successful stint, with American Express (across multiple locations) – a great initiation to the world of banking and finance and the resultant HR complexities

16 Mr. Shounak Deshmukh Bcom, LLB, MBA Founder – Talent HR Networks Finally for over half a decade, Shounak has played various HR leadership roles at J P Morgan Chase as they set up shop and then went to establish a very large corporate presence in India – a blazing beacon for the multi-billion Dollar wall-street financial outsourcing industry. Shounak has recently formed Talent HR Networks Pvt. Ltd., an HR Consulting Organization, focusing on Talent Acquisition Solutions, Compensation & Rewards Management, Learning Solutions, End to End HR Outsourcing, HR Process Management and Employer Branding (Internal & External).

17 Mr. Gordon Cresswell BA (Hons), DMA FIPPM Council Member & Vice Chairman of NAIP Founder & Director of CIPP Gordon's payroll career started at the age of 20 at a large Metropolitan Borough Council where he became Payroll and Pensions Manager and later an Assistant Director of Finance. He was tasked with setting up that organisation's first Customer and Public Relations Unit with a brief to steer the Council closer to members of the public whilst also handling media issues. During this time he was a founder of the UK's first payroll body, The Association of Payroll & Pensions Administrators (APSA), a public sector body, which later merged with the British Payroll Managers Association, where he was co-founder, and was to become the Institute of Payroll Professionals. He later became the IPP Chairman and is currently a Non-Executive Director.

18 Mr. Gordon Cresswell BA (Hons), DMA FIPPM Council Member & Vice Chairman of NAIP Founder & Director of CIPP Gordon played a vital role in designing and establishing a raft of UK payroll qualifications and has been presented with recognition awards in the UK, Canada and USA. Gordon, with a colleague, established the South Africa Payroll Association (SAPA) and their payroll qualifications in South Africa and has spoken at conferences in UK, USA, Canada, South Africa and the Republic of Ireland. He has recently contributed to the UK steering committee for revamping the UK's National Payroll Standards. He is a Co-founder,philosopher, guide and a strategic backbone to NAIP
