6 Wait, How Much Do I Get Paid? (1 of 2) Placements - 50% –Example - On a 100K job if Recruiter Place gets 20%, the partner would get $10,000 (100K * 0.20 * 0.5) New Companies - 5% perpetual or 15% one time: –5% perpetual - All future jobs placed at that company the partner can choose to get 5%. Example: On 3 100K jobs if Recruiter Place gets 20% for each, the partner would get $3,000 (3 * 100K * 0.20 * 0.05) –Or 15% one-time. Example: On the first 100K job placed if Recruiter Place gets 20% for each, the partner would get $3,000 (100K * 0.20 * 0.15)

7 Wait, How Much Do I Get Paid? (2 of 2) New Partners - 5% perpetual or 15% one time: –5% perpetual – For all future jobs placed by the new partner, the original partner can choose to get 5%. Example: On 3 100K jobs if Recruiter Place gets 20% for each, the partner would get $3,000 (3 * 100K * 0.20 * 0.05) – Or 15% one-time. Example: On the first 100K job placed if Recruiter Place gets 20% for each, the partner would get $3,000 (100K * 0.20 * 0.15) New Candidates - If the partner loads a candidate into RATS and that candidate is placed within 6 months, the partner will receive 5%. –Example: On a 100K job if B&A gets 20%, the partner would get $1,000 (100K * 0.20 * 0.05) NOTE: THE PARTNER DECIDES WHAT CANDIDATES ARE VISIBLE TO THE PARTNERS

9 What Is RATS? Our candidate and company tracking system is called RATS. RATS is user friendly and very effective in helping us streamline our operation. This next section is a brief hand on tour of RATS. Feel free to ask questions at any time during the tour.

10 RATS Tour: Logging In Logging into RATS is very simple. Just go to: –http://recruiterplace.comhttp://recruiterplace.com –Go to Partner Login Tab –Enter your username and password provided to you.

11 RATS Tour: The Dashboard Upon logging in, you will arrive at the dashboard. The rest of the RATS tour will guide you through the tabs that line the top of the web page: –Dashboard –Activities –Job Orders –Candidates –Companies –Contacts –Lists –Calendar –Reports –Settings

12 RATS Tour: The Other Tabs DashboardPresents community statistics. Activities Recounts recent events by fellow partners. *Job OrdersLists job orders and some brief details. *CandidatesLists public candidates and some brief details. CompaniesLists our clients. ContactsLists contacts. ListsLists for tracking purposes. CalendarShows all events for a specified time period. (Events can be designated either Public or Private) ReportsLike Activities but also covers Candidates, Job Orders, etc. *SettingsEnables password changes and to view your Contact Info. * Partners Primarily Will Use These Three Tabs.

14 Using RATS Review Job Requirements. Find Candidate(s). Contact & Qualify Candidate(s) Upload & Submit Candidate to RATS. Log ALL Activities. –Calls to candidate. –Resume updates. Submit Candidate for approval. Withdraw Candidate from a Job Order. Watch Candidate’s Progress. –Expert and editor updates. –Responses from company. Recruiting Tasks & RATS

15 Using RATS: Review Job Req (1 of 2) Review Job Requirements 1. Click on the tab “Job Orders.” 2. From pull down, select “Active jobs.”

17 Using RATS: Find Candidate(s) (1 of 7) Now that the requirements are known, the next task is to find the candidate. What methods does the audience use to find candidates? Examples: –Search RATS –Google –Others Trade Email Lists LinkedIn, Facebook Job Boards

18 Using RATS: Find Candidate(s) (2 of 7) Search RATS 1. Click on the “Candidate” tab. 2. Select “Search Candidates” link beneath the “Activities” tab.

24 Using RATS: Contact Candidate(s) Quick side discussion on Qualifying Technical –Review content and conveyance of resume –Do homework on jargon Soft Skills –Do verses say –Show verses tell –Greatest strength is greatest weakness and visa versa Ask the necessary questions missing from their resume –Work status – Citizen, H1 VISA, Green Card? –Security clearance? If so, what level, is it active, who holds it? –Are they willing to relocate? Work schedule or travel restrictions? Audience opinions, observations

25 Using RATS: Upload & Submit Candidate (1 of 7) Add Candidate to RATS 1. Click on the “Candidates” tab. 2. Click the “Add Candidate” link below the “Dashboard” tab.

NOTE: First and Last name, E-mail, full Address, and at least one phone number needs to be provided. 7. Scroll down, click the “Browse” button, navigate to the resume, and click “Open.”

31 Using RATS: Upload & Submit Candidate (6 of 7) Submit Candidate For Review 10. Scroll down and click on the “Add This Candidate to Job Order Pipeline” link. A new window “Add Candidates to Job Order Pipeline” will appear.

33 Using RATS: Make Candidate Private (1 of 2) Make Candidate Private 1. Click on the “Candidates” tab. 2. Click the candidate that you entered into RATS and wish to make private.

After the screen refreshes an orange banner at the top will say: “Candidate private (Jack Burgess.) To publish and possibly earn 5%, click Here.”Here.

35 Using RATS: Log All Activities (1 of 4) Log Activities 1. Click on the “Candidates” tab. 2. Click the candidate that requires updating.

Check the “Change Status” box which will enable “Activity Type” 7. IMPORTANT: Select “Submitted” from the drop down. 8. IMPORTANT: Do NOT check “Send E-mail Notification to Candidate”.

43 Using RATS: Withdraw Candidate (1 of 4) Withdraw Candidate From a Job 1. Click on the “Candidates” tab. 2. Click the candidate you want to withdraw from the job order.

IMPORTANT: Select “Not in Consideration” or “Client declined” from the drop down if the candidate withdrew, or the client declined respectively. 7. IMPORTANT: Do NOT check “Send E-mail Notification to Candidate”.

47 Using RATS: Watch Progress Candidate Tab –Log ALL activity in the “Activities” entries –Use the LATEST uploaded resume! Job Orders Tab –Watch “Candidate Pipeline” entries –Update to job status

48 Things to Remember Questions? –Email jburgess@RecruiterPlace.comjburgess@RecruiterPlace.com –Email Steve and Jack Candidate Submitting –Ask for forgiveness, not permission. If the job description is vague, submit. It is the quickest and often only way to clarity. –Click “Private Use” link next to the magnifying glass to hide the candidate from the community of partners. Remember, if someone else places the candidate, you could be richer.
