Step 1: Set Your Goals High Don’t worry about counting calories, worry about the colors, the freshness, and or the variety of the food.

Step 2: Moderation Is Key Only eat as much food as your body needs to maintain its health. You should never feel guilty after you eat. Everyone needs these 6 nutrients Carbohydrate Proteins Fats (not a lot) Vitamins Minerals WATER!

Step 3: It’s not just about what you eat Eating doesn’t just affect your living style it’s about how you eat as well. Eat with others as much as you can Listen to your body Avoid late night binge eating Take the time to enjoy your food.

Step 4: Enjoy healthy fats, avoid unhealthy fats GOOD FATS Monounsaturated fats Polyunsaturated fats BAD FATS Saturated fats Trans fats
