11.  Police arrived at 9:50am, but the scene was not secured until 11:55am.  No standard forensics testing such as fingerprint, footprint, fibre sampling, etcetera were issued at the scene.  Cobain was found laying on the floor face up, with a shot gun laying on top of him.  A ‘suicide’ note was present.  The room was relatively clean. 16.  Kurt’s Heroin blood levels were found to be 1.52mg’s/L. This would require a minimum of a 225mg heroin injection.  That is 3 TIMES the dose of what is considered a lethal injection.

17. IF Cobain injected three times a lethal dose of heroin, COULD he then pick up a shotgun and shoot himself? Wouldn't he have been immediately incapacitated? Based on the heroin blood levels found in Cobain's body, preliminary research indicates Kurt Cobain would have been almost immediately incapacitated. He could not have picked up that shotgun. He could not have pulled that trigger! ?

18.  This note was NOT addressed to Kurt's wife or daughter  It says nothing about "killing himself"  The note was clearly written to Cobain's fans telling them he was quitting the music business.  There is only a short footnote to Courtney and Frances and the handwriting contained in those lines has been questioned by several handwriting experts. 26. Shotgun Remington M11 20 gauge shot gun.  Notice the ejection port facing South, yet the shotgun shell was found to the North of Cobain’s body?  The shotgun was not checked for prints until May 5 th, almost a month later. No prints were found.

According to police reports there was "obvious trauma" to the head but no exit wound, resulting in "a drying puddle of blood to the left of the victim.“ Gary Smith who initially mistook the body for a mannequin because it looked so neat only realised the situation when he noticed blood in the right ear. 34.  When Cobain was found all his personal belongings were all accounted for. Except one single credit card.  The credit card account had activity AFTER Cobain was dead.  No further activity was found once the body was discovered. SOMEONE WAS USING KURT'S CREDIT CARD

35.  Months after Cobain’s death, Courtney accidently mentioned a second note left by Cobain.  This note CLEARLY stated that he was LEAVING her AND Seattle.  Kurt had plans to move to the east coast where he could start a new life. COURTNEY HAD A SECOND NOTE SHE KEPT SECRET.
