3. eCERT Presentation of EU TRACES System Conference call with Mr. Pavlovic (NZ) eCERT issues How to introduce the authentification of the parties for example by electronic signature with eCert message? Set up an official guidelines document which explicit the major recommendations with the main experienced users (NZ, Australia, NL, European Commission..) List of countries which use eCert (NZ, Australia, China, Japan, US, South Korea, Singapore, Chile, Mexico, Kenya, NL, EU…)

5. eFOOD Chain Project European supported project which has the objective to improve the competitiveness and efficiency of this industry by stimulating an innovative and seamless use of ICT along its value chain. SMEs are at the centre of interest of this action, as it aims to facilitate their participation in global digital food value network and reinforce business relationships between SMEs and their business partners across borders. 3 sectors are studied Cereals Dairy Products Fruits and Vegetables Planning of work : Analyse the market and the flows of information Determine the standardization issues with UN/CEFACT PDA Agriculture: Re-use of UN/CEFACT Messages or propose new projects

6. Flower Auctions Needs for flower sector and seeds which are not covered now by UN/CEFACT XML CII but are in EDIFACT Invoice. Examples : Self billing use case Composition of products (ie: a bouquet with several types of flowers) Requests have been sent to Supply Chain PDA on April 18 A dedicated team for these change requests has to be created.
