8. Methodology Survey delivered to all 451 DMS employees in discrete work environments –Survey composed of 13 questions –228 were e-mailed –223 were mailed via U.S. Mail (for employees without e-mail access)

18. Recommendations Use e-mail for sending company communications. –Provide mobile employees with company cell phones with e-mail access. Send urgent messages via voicemail. Company needs to develop a company intranet site. An additional survey should be done after the above recommendations have been completed.
