He was born on September 15 th, 1857 in Cincinnati, Ohio. He died in Washington D.C on March 8 th, 1930 at age 72. He was elected on March 1 st, 1909. He was a Republican. He got stuck in a bathtub during his first term.

One of his workers accused Richard A. Balling of making dishonest land deals. This was a very big problem because he ended up being innocent.

After Taft was president he became a law professor at Yale. During those years Taft gave many speeches.
