13. T EENS AND T ECHNOLOGY By creating programs that appeal to their growing interests, the library will be able to draw more teen patrons in and keep them coming back! Teaching teens the basics of QR Codes and how they work will get them to use their phones and tablets for educational purposes. We want them to feel empowered and that the library taught them something.
