4  The alpine slide is one of the longest slides in the world with over 3,000 feet of track.  Rider can choose to ride from four different lanes with curves, dips and turns.  Resort also offers 2 other rides : Alpine Coaster, ZipRider.  Pricing: over 4 8”-$11.00 under 4 8” older than 2-$3.00

10  Construction of the Colosseum began in AD 72 and was completed in AD 80.  188m by 156m and a height of more than 159ft.  Approximately 55,000 spectators could be accomodated.  Southern side of the colosseum fell by an earthquake in 847, and other parts were used for later monuments.

11  The Sistine Chapel was consecrated on August 15, 1483  The Sistine ceiling was originally painted by Piero Matteo d'Amelia, But in 1508 Pope Julius II della Rovere commissioned Michelangelo to repaint the ceiling.  Sistine ceiling: divided into sections from 9 scenes out of Genesis.

13  Statue of Liberty was dedicated on Oct 28,1886.  Designated as National Monument in 1924.  Ferry Fees: Children 4-12 $5.00, Adults 13+ $13.00, Seniors 62 + $10.00.  Crown access is limited to 240 per day and reservations must be made.

16  Fun indoor experience of skydiving for the general public.  Requirements: training class must be taken first and is approximately 20 min. No age limit-must be at least 40lbs to fly.  Time: equipment 15 min, flight time 3 min for individuals or 15 min for groups.  Flight Costs: Single $75.00, Repeat Flight $40.00 (same day), Book of 5 $200.00.

17  Has the tallest controlled free fall in the world, known as SkyJump Las Vegas, and some of the highest thrill rides imaginable.  Dining: Top of The World restaurant, spins 360 degrees while you dine.  Tower Tickets: Adults-$16.00, Child- $10.00, Senior $12.00, Nevada Resident $12.00.

19  Has been a tradition for the island over 50 years.  Over 150 carts and shops in outdoor open setting.  Variety of local and international cuisine to choose from at the food court.  Free Entertainment.  Hours of Operation: 10:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m.

20  Three Million Tourists visit hanauma annually, so the fish are not afraid of people.  Restrictions on the number of visitors is now being applied to help protect and preserve the bay.  Hanauma has been ranked one of the #1 best American beachs.  There are more than 450 colorful fish, and octopus, crabs and eels to see.  All visitors are required to pay a $7.50 admission fee and to watch a safety video before snorkeling.

22  750,000 gallons of water are flowing over the falls each second.  Attracts over 8 million visitors each year.  Visitors have the option of taking a boat ride to see an up close view of the Bridal Veil Falls on the Cave of the Winds.  The state park is open 365 days a year 24hrs a day  Prospect Point is the prime viewing location for the falls, also it is located close to the visitor center, Adventure Theatre, and observation tower.

24  Visitors per year is approximately 1 million.  March 2007 Skywalk was opened which is the Grand Canyons greatest tourist attractions.  There is a separate admission fee of 32.05 including tax to go out onto skywalk.  Helicopter tours are also an option to explore this beautiful canyon, prices vary but there are many companies that offer this service.

26  The Epcot Center pavilions wrap around the World Showcase Lagoon and inside the shops, attractions, and restaurants represent other cultures and their cuisines.  Entertainment: character meet and greets, fireworks, musicians, dancers and comedians.  Tickets are around $69.00 per person.

27  All shows, rides, exhibits, and aquariums are included with admission.  Tickets: Ages 10 + $69.99, Ages 3-9 $61.99.  Opening and closing times depend upon season.  Fireworks will be showing all year round.

28  Is ranked the #1 amusement park, and is the 2 nd oldest in North America.  Rides: Roller coasters, thrill rides, family rides, just for kids, water rides, soak city attractions, soak city for kids.  Admissions: one day admission-Regular $46.99, Junior/Senior $21.00. Two day admission-Regular $76.99 (includes soak city).  Hours of the park vary depending upon season.
