This assessment will highlight the individuals existing intercultural skill set allowing us to further tailor the training to the individuals needs. Gender Specific Training Needs Training programme will be tailored to suit a female in her mid thirties - Focusing on Norms and Values of Chinese women, Treatment of Women in China, Behaviours to Avoid, Female Expatriate Networking, The Differences between Domestic and Foreign Female Managers
