Scholarship funds were received from corporate and private donors. Regional hosting agreements were established with all 9 RECs. Outreach activities included national/state conferences, informational meeting with RECs, districts, state agencies, and legislators. Pro-active approach to implementing online support services contributed to successful completion rates – 80% (fall 08), 94% (spring 09), and 99% (summer 09).
