8  Updates to Advertisement Checklist  All non-senate searches are open until filled.  Leave the IRD out of the advertisement (AP Recruit will state).  Search reports for lecturer pools – what area was needed, who was considered?  Outreach for small pools or those with many areas  Finishing the search – final applicant statuses! LECTURER POOLS & NON-SENATE SEARCHES
