3. University preparatory course pre-university training in the Russian language (Russian for beginners); October 1 - May 31; applications are accepted until October 1; Elementary level students can start training on January 10; total - 660 hours ( 20 hours per week); tutorial support a state certificate for Russian as a foreign language ( that gives the right to study in Russian universities in the Russian Federation)

4. Programs for international students Bachelor’s Program in Linguistics training period - 4 years; the academic year begins on the1st September and ends on the 3rd July; applications are accepted until the 25th July.

5. Programs for international students Master’s Program “Russian as a foreign language” for Graduates with a Bachelor's degree in the Humanities training period - 2 years the academic year begins on 1st September and ends on 3rd July.

6. Programs for international students Post-Graduate programs “Russian language” and “Russian literature” for graduates with a Master’s Degree in the Humanities training period - 3 years

Short-term programs for international students Internship (1 to 6 months) Summer School (July – August, 3 to 8 weeks, 20 hours per week) The Summer school includes intensive practice of spoken and written language, improving listening and pronunciation skills, discussion of current socio-political and cultural themes and cultural program.

8. Distance learning for international students Courses by level (2 months, 72 hours): - Elementary (A1); - Basic (A2). Thematic programs (1 month, 40 hours): - Russian language in mass-media; - Culture and society of modern Russia; - About Siberia and Tomsk. Starting dates: October 1, 2013. TSU Certificate is issued.

9. OUR STUDENTS OUR STUDENTS participate in All-Russian Olympiads, international and All-Russian competitions for international students conduct their own research (scientific conferences, publications, preparation for graduate and postgraduate programs)
