Please use Microsoft Publisher and select the BLANK template for the North American size 3.5 x 2”
You may not use a template that has already been designed
Insert images and/or graphics and change the background color to create you own design.

4. Design and style should be the same as your business card

Insert the name of the company and the logo in a HEADER
Located inside the top margin
Double click in the top margin
A dotted line appears at the top of the page. This is the header
Key the company contact information in the footer
Located inside the bottom margin
Design and style should be the same as your business card

5. Business Envelope Use a Microsoft Word document
Click the Page Layout tab
Change all margins to ¼” (.25)
Change Orientation to Landscape
Change Size to Envelope #10 (4.12” x 9.5”)
Design and style should be the same as your business card and letterhead
