15 1.We send a letter on your letterhead to each member, informing them of their new benefits 2.We send it on your letterhead so the members know the benefits are coming in cooperation with AIL and their local Union 3.There is no cost to the Union for printing or postage

16 * Postage Paid Response Card is enclosed with each Letter including an Internet address option to complete the card online * All Members are covered by the AD&D Master Policy which the Union holds * Members who return their Response Card will be contacted by our Representatives

17 * The Program is at NO COST to the Local or the Member * AIL respects the Confidentiality of Membership mailing lists and does not require a copy of them * Typically, 30-40% of your Members will return the Response card and one out of three will purchase additional benefits

32 Member Bulletin Application ● This is your introduction to the MBA - Member Bulletin Application. The purpose of this program is to aid you in collecting your members email addresses and also to provide you with an organized method of communicating with your membership through email.

34 Main Page The MBA is divided into three sections. 1) Member Self-Subsciption 2) Member Self-Unsubscription 3) Administrative Login

35 Login Members can Subscribe and Unsubscribe only. All other list administration is done by you. The first step is to log into the third section. You will be able to choose your own personal Username/Password

36 Main Screen Once you have logged in, the Main Screen provides the active lists for your group. Here you can find the subscriber count, as well as the distribution list addresses and titles.

37 Add a Subscriber To add a member to your lists, click “Insert” to pull up this page

38 Membership List Choosing “List” from your navigation bar will pull up this page with a complete list of subscribed members. Clicking on any of the table headings will sort your list by that category.

39 When you are finished click on the log out tab. Choosing to log out rather than simply closing your browser window ensures that all your information is kept secure. Logout

40 How to Email your Members It is as simple as sending a regular email! 1) Open your Email Program 2) Enter your new MBA Distribution List Addresses into your Address Book 3) Choose the address for the To: field 4) Compose the Subject Line 5) Create a new email message 6) Click Send! You're done!
