Typical software commissioning process for field deployments Viseum Remote Managed Support (RMS) Initial commissioning also uses our general saliency scouting surveillance profile and from this the client understands its capabilities to specify any niche surveillance requirements for commissioning. The commissioning process can be achieved either prior to or during live deployments and typically takes less than one week depending on the level of complexity. Our RMS services allows the client to modify their surveillance requirements throughout the lifetime of this service (typically 3 years). Feedback from the client during this process can be used to reduce or eliminate false triggers for when: 1.The PTZ should automatically follow an event. 2.The PTZ should automatically clarify an event. 3.An event should automatically create a remote alarm.
