3 Pranayama Sadhana Control of Prana is through the control of the breath  Breathing is a continuous process, from the time of birth to the time of death (It is the “Indication of Life”) (It is the “Indication of Life”)  Breathing is automatically controlled by the Autonomous Nervous System  Breathing can be controlled by our will  We can take control of the A.N.S through Pranayamic practices.
