12 90% Attendance Information  Students must comply with the 90% attendance rule in every class!  If a student misses too many days, he is placed on the “Credit Denial” list. He may lose credit for a class even if he passed!  Students cannot receive a TEA “Verification of Enrollment” form for a driver’s license or permit if they are on the “Credit Denial” list.

14 Top 10% Rule Students ranking in the top 10% (top 7% at UT) of their graduating class must be admitted to the Texas public college or university of their choice if they:  Apply no later than two years after graduation from a Texas High School and  Submit a completed application before the expiration of any filing deadline established by the college.

20 TSI – Texas Success Initiative Students beginning classes at a public community college, public technical school or public university in Texas must take the TSI, or an approved alternate, if they are not exempt from the requirement.
