We are addressing to simplify print ticketing and reduce long queues. A commuter spends an average of 11 minutes waiting in queue before ticket counter. Even worse in rush hours. Human resources in ticket counters and automatic ticket vending machines serve the purpose currently. What are the benefits of Mobile Ticketing? Comfort of booking your ticket with your mobile phone. Saves valuable time spent in waiting before ticket counter and no last minute tensions. More comfort and convenience to commuters. It is Environmental Friendly! No paper and print cartridge wastage. Target customers Possible target customers are local train commuters having a mobile phone. Businesses who want to source ads through ticket confirmation SMS.
