Brian Ellison, President Brian began his career in the electronics industry in 1990 after serving four years in the U.S. Army. Over the years, he held several positions at leading electronic franchise distribution companies. His roles included: field sales representative, strategic accounts manager, operations manager and regional manager. Brian joined America II in 2003, taking the position of EMS sales manager. In 2005, he was promoted to global accounts manager supporting Tier 1 EMS customers. Success and growth in this position earned Brian the Independent Distributor of the Year Award from one of the Tier 1 EMS customers in He was also awarded the America II Award of Excellence in that same year. In 2008, Brian was promoted to director of EMS sales. In this role, he grew and developed the Global EMS Sales department into a 20-person team supporting sales and inventory supply chain solutions for EMS customers globally. Brian then held the position of executive vice president and in June 2012 was promoted to President of America II Electronics. Rick Kauchak, Executive Vice President, Sales Rick Kauchak joined America II in After working in distributor and OEM sales for three years, he was promoted to selling manager. Over the next few years, Rick maximized this role to enhance the selling capabilities of his team while continuing to conduct his own daily sales activities. In 1998, Rick called on this experience to step into the position of the first non-selling manager and trainer where he engineered the America II University, the company's comprehensive training program. In 2001, Rick was promoted to director of OEM sales, a position he held for 11 years while also recruiting for the company and maintaining the America II University. In August 2012, he was named executive vice president of sales, responsible for overseeing the entire America II inside sales team.

Pat O’Brien, Global Vice President, Strategic Sales In 2001, Pat O'Brien brought more than 18 years of sales and strategic experience within the electronics industry to the newly created position of global director of supply chain solutions for America II. After just one year of working with customers on a global basis to innovate ROI-focused excess inventory management solutions and leverage the sell-side of America II's business, Pat was promoted to vice president of global supply chain solutions. In that role, he oversaw the company's excess inventory management services, strategic sales and contract manufacturing partnerships. In November 2011, Pat was promoted to global vice president of strategic sales, the position he currently holds. Toshiharu Ban, Managing Director, Japan Ban joined America II Japan as a representative of the Japan office in August 2007, with more than 19 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. His experience comes from having sales, FAE, marketing, business development and management positions within franchise distribution companies. As a business development manager 1996, Ban established a liaison office in California to develop startups and obtain new line cards with one of the biggest Japanese domestic franchises. Prior to that, Ban served as the general manager of ASSPs and ASIC products at PALTEK, a well-known technical-oriented distributor. During his tenure at PALTEK, he added several new lines which brought $20 million in additional annual revenue within a year. In 2005, Ban was on the Board of Directors at Spinnaker Systems, which is one of the group companies of PALTEK.
